I am eagerly looking forward to moving into my home at Romell aether . After a long search I decided to buy a flat here. Not only is it centrally located in my work radius but the quality of construction and amenities provided are very appealing. Definitely value for my money. Ever since I moved into Romell aether , I save up to 3 hours of my day in commuting apart from being so close to IT & corporate parks. I got everything I need around me, including Malls, Cinemas, Restaurants and so close to the WEH. The railway station and upcoming Aarey road junction metro station is at a walking distance from my house which is a huge advantage in a city like Mumbai.

I come from Vile Parle (E), Where everything is within reach, be it the market, grocery store or shops for daily needs. What held me there were childhood friends & helpful neighbors. I was very skeptical on moving to a new location. But after coming to Romell aether , I realised that there is much more to this place, be it markets, schools and other amenities. My new friends helped in making me feel at home.

When I visited the project, it was ready to move. This was my first condition to buy, when I visited the flat, location, surroundings, view and quality of construction is good that I have decided at the same time purchase the flat. Good construction quality, creativity of the building, one of the tallest building in Goregaon east, airy with east-west opening, balcony over amenities, well organized sales team specially Nazia Ma’am, excellent back office, persistent self-motivated, Knowledgeble employee. Flexible on payment term confident team who are passionate. Convenient location to travel by road, railway, metro station, Shopping mall, hub but still peaceful.

At every stage of transaction selling, registration, bank loan disbursal and handover we were treated well, allow queries were promptly answered.

The flat has good view of both east -aarey and west- sea. The aura when you enter the building feels like home. Sales person Ruchika was warm and helpful and gave us lot of time to go around the building. We had heard good remarks about the builder. Finally Romell Aether feels like home.

I booked in Romell Aether because of best connectivity to Mumbai ,5 Mins away from Goregaon railway station, 5 Mins Away from western express highway , 5 mins away from Malls, 20 mins aways from airport, Aarey greenery, open view , fresh air, Internal amenities like Gym, jogging track ,yoga deck, swimming pool, indoor games etc.
